"TTC Customer Service Department answers calls in 18 seconds in 2/2002"

In February 2002, Texas True Choice's Customer Service Department had exceptional results in meeting the company's call center standards. As an organization, TTC strives to have an abandonment rate of no more than 3% of calls received, and an average "call answer time" of 30 seconds or less. For the month, TTC representatives handled nearly 7000 calls with only 1.2%, or 85 calls abandoning. Our average time to answer each call was an impressive 18 seconds!
