TTC Applauds The Claims Repricing Staff.
Texas True Choice's claims repricing staff is being singled out for their achievement of consistently exceeding the company's goal for claims turn around time. The department processed over 15,000 claims for the month of April 2002 with an average turn around time of 3.01 calendar days. We have elected to set a more aggressive goal of measuring our claims processing time in terms of calendar days rather than business days because we recognize the importance of assisting our payor and provider partners in meeting their financial goals.
