Texas True Choice Announces HIPAA compliant EDI capabilities

Texas True Choice (TTC) is pleased to announce the company's ability to generate HIPAA compliant EDI files for both professional and institutional claims. TTC has worked diligently to produce files that consistently meet the standards of the various HIPAA validating services. The company accomplished that goal and began generating test files for a number of its payor partners immediately thereafter. The files can be generated in either 098 EDI format or 098A1 (addenda) format.

The obvious advantage of this capability to TTC's payor partners is the increased efficiency of having TTC's repriced claims data delivered electronically in a HIPAA compliant file.
