Texas True Choice, Inc. (TTC) is pleased to announce the “Student Accident Network”. This PPO network, available to families and independent school districts in Texas , has been specifically designed for students and student athletes who have an accident or bodily injury while at school. TTC will offer the Student Accident Network to Student Resources/Texas Monarch Management when the need arises to access medical services for injured students and student athletes.
Texas Monarch is the only entity in Texas having exclusive access to Texas True Choice’s Student Accident Network. The purpose of this exclusive arrangement with one of the state’s largest preferred provider organizations (PPO) is to reduce the financial burden on parents and independent school districts in the case of accidental bodily injuries occurring to students and student athletes who are covered by student accident insurance through Student Resources/Texas Monarch. In most cases, parents should not be balance billed for unpaid expenses when Texas True Choice’s Student Accident Network providers are utilized.
Development of the TTC Student Accident Network is an ongoing initiative throughout the state. Please review the following links for more information:
- Student Accident Network Participating Providers - Click on this link and select "Student Accident Network" to view the most current listing of participating providers. The TTC website provider listing is updated at the beginning of each month.
- Provider Nomination Form - To "nominate a provider" to join the TTC Student Accident Network, complete this form and submit per the instructions at the bottom of the form. TTC will evaluate the request based upon our need for the provider type and location being requested.
- Sample Student Resources Student Accident Claim Form - This Claim Form should be completed, and taken to a participating TTC Student Accident Network provider following a student accident or injury.
