• Quick Directory Search - If you would like to search for a provider now, you may do so by selecting this option. You can print the results of your individual provider search from this site.

• Nominate a Provider - If your family physician or preferred hospital is not currently participating with TTC, you may complete the Provider Nomination Form and return to TTC via fax or mail. Upon receipt, our Provider Recruitment Department will contact your physician or hospital, and invite them to become a participating TTC provider.

• Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ - Have questions about selecting a TTC provider, or scheduling an appointment to receive care? Our most common questions are addressed here. If you have a question that does not appear in our "FAQ", please contact our Customer Service Department at (800)-683-4856. We will be glad to assist you.

• TTC Vision (VSP) In addition to our PPO and EPO networks throughout Texas, TTC has aligned with VSP to offer a value-added discount vision plan to all our members. Learn more about VSP by selecting this option.
