Our network continues to grow as a result of the tremendous support from you, our payors and producers throughout Texas and the U.S. We appreciate your ongoing commitment to TTC.

In our continuing effort to provide excellent service, we now offer the following services:

  • "On-Line New Group Implementation Form": To inform TTC of a new employer group that will be accessing our network, simply complete this on-line form and return to us via e-mail, fax or mail. We will contact you upon receipt to obtain any necessary additional information.

  • Electronic Submission of Claims: In an effort to provide streamlined processes and ease administrative burdens for our payors, TTC encourages the electronic submission of claims which results in the following benefits:

    • Reduction of time and cost associated with mail preparation

    • Greater accuracy of claims processing

    • Quick claims turnaround with most claims received electronically being sent to payor partners within 24 hours of receipt
    HCFA 1500 and UB-92 claims transactions can now be submitted electronically to TTC via our clearinghouse partner THIN.

    The TTC electronic payor ID is:    TTCEC

    (We encourage the printing of this payor ID on all member ID cards.)

    TTC continues to generate outbound EDI files in either 098 EDI format or 098A1 (addenda) format. The obvious advantage of this capability to TTC's payor partners is the increased efficiency of having TTC's repriced claims data delivered electronically in a HIPAA compliant file. Additional TTC Client Benefits:

  • TTC is one of the state's largest PPO networks offering 354 acute care hospitals and more than 36,000 participating providers throughout the state.

  • TTC is able to lower your client's benefit plan costs by passing along negotiated discounts with participating providers. TTC members are able to utilize an extensive provider network to assist in greatly reducing their out of pocket healthcare expenses.

  • TTC offers two repricing options - we can reprice your client's claims, or can arrange for your firm to perform remote repricing through the Internet.
